Thanks for your interest in our samples!

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Our samples are digital goods that can be downloaded. Once a sample pack is delivered, it can't be "returned" like a physical product. This is because it can still be used, copied, and distributed, even if a refund has been requested.

We work hard to ensure our samples meet rigorous standards and are usable in a variety of musical contexts. However, we cannot guarantee they will be appropriate for every project or suit every situation.

We highly recommend that you read the product descriptions and listen to the audio previews we have provided to get a sense of how the samples sound before purchasing.
