Every Vinyltone Samples pack is covered by the license below. By downloading or using any pack, free or paid, you agree to these terms. They're short — please read them.

What you can do

• Use these samples in personal and commercial music productions — songs, albums, sync placements, and so on.
• Use them in beats sold to other artists.
• Layer, chop, pitch-shift, process, and mangle them however you like.
• Use them in audiovisual projects — film, video, games, podcasts, content, ads.
• Keep using them in perpetuity. This license doesn't expire.

What you cannot do

• Re-sell, redistribute, or share the original, unaltered sample files — paid or free.
• Upload them to any sample marketplace, loop library, or royalty-free service.
• Claim ownership of the raw samples themselves.
• Use them in another sample pack or sound library product.

The short version

Use them in your music. Make money with them. Just don't resell the raw files or pass them off as your own samples. That's it.

Royalty-free explained

"Royalty-free" means you don't owe us a cut when your music earns money. No backend royalties, no clearance required, no paperwork. One purchase, unlimited use in your productions.
